JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Public Relations & Influencer Marketing
Prepare press invitation and press release etc.
Support PR seeding, event planning, and execution
Maintain influencers tracking and internal reports
Support project management and implementation
Digital & Social Media
Develop and update social media content calendars with asset creation
Manage uploads and updates across Facebook, Instagram, XHS, WeChat and website
Support paid social media campaigns and liaise with digital media team and designers
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare PR, event & social media report
Maintain campaign tracking documents
Administrative & Support
Ensure timely submission of documents and follow-up on pending tasks
Provide clerical and administrative support to the team if needed
Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
University student (major in public relations, journalism & communications or a related field.
Must be attentive to details, multi-tasking, collaborative, team-oriented, and willing to do what it takes in the interest of client satisfaction
Superior writing and presentation skills.
Digital Savvy, Self-Motivated with Good time management and prioritization skills
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and in various social media platforms
Expected to work at least 2 full days per week
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
